Our Social committee promotes members' inter-organizational network, organizes annual formals, and encourages participation in on-campus events.
Campus Outreach
Social plans and leads events that involve other organizations on campus. These events include attendance at larger events in and around College Station and informal functions. Social primarily plans events with Women's organizations, other Men's organizations, and other on-campus bodies.
These events aim to give our members opportunities to build relationships outside of LEGION and reinforce the organization's outward reputation as models of respect and inclusivity.
Formals
Social is also responsible for planning and leading two celebratory events per school year: a semi-formal dinner in the fall semester and a full formal dinner in the spring semester.
During these events, members celebrate group and individual accomplishments in the past semester and are awarded for their achievements.
